28 oz, can pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1 cup mayonnaise
8 cups unpeeled red apple chunks
2 cups green grapes, halved (no seeds)
1-2 tsp. poppy seeds
1-1/2 cups toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and discard pineapple. Combine juice with butter, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch with water and add to mixture. Cook until thick. Chill well. When cold, fold in mayonnaise. Then add apple chunks, grapes, poppy seeds and toaster pecans. Keeps in fridge for up to 3 days.
