1 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup oil
1-3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour milk
2 cups shredded zucchini
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Set aside. Cream margarine and oil. Slowly add sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time; add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and sour milk alternately starting and ending with dry ingredients. Add zucchini and chocolate chips and stir. Put in greased and floured 9x13" pan. Put in 325ºF oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
