Directions:
Directions:
1 pt. green tomatoes
1 pt. onions
1 pt. cucumbers
1 pt. cabbage
1 qt. celery
5 green peppers
5 red peppers
1 hot pepper

Grind these and mix together. Add 3 TBSP salt. Let stand for 2 hours. Drain. Put the whole "mess" into a pan and cover with weak (diluted by about 1/2 with water) vinegar. Let stand for 24 hours . I think you should drain (something seems to be left out in the recipe because the next direction is:"but not too dry". So maybe they say to press the liquid out...'but not too dry".
It then says: "Then:
1 qt. malt vinegar
1 lb. brown sugar
small jar of horse radish
1 tsp mace
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 TBSP dry mustard
1 tsp turmeric (to give it color)

There are no more instructions so I guess you just need to add all this to the vegie mixture.
