1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 C warm water
1 C creamed cottage cheese, heated to luke warm
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP minced onion
1 TBSP butter
1 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl: butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough beating well after each addition. Cover. Let rise 50-60 minutes. Stir down the dough. Turn into well greased 8" round or 2 quart casserole. Let rise in warm place 30-45 min. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Makes 1 loaf
