1 head lettuce
1 bag spinach
Bacon bits or crumbled bacon
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 head cauliflower
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts

Dressing:
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Add 1 small onion
1/2 c. Vinegar

Toss salad ingredients. Mix dressing in a blender. Add dressing before serving.
