•3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
•2 large eggs
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•1 cup packed light brown sugar
•2 cups biscuit baking mix
•1 (12-ounce) package dark chocolate chips, divided


Directions:
Directions:
•Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Stir together peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.

•Stir brown sugar into peanut butter mixture until combined. Add baking mix and 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips, stirring just until moistened. Spread mixture on a lightly greased 10-inch by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet.

•Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, and sprinkle evenly with remaining 1-1/4 cups dark chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate melts. Spread or drizzle melted chocolate over top of cookies. Cut into triangles, bars, or squares.
