1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 (10 1/2 oz) can tomato soup
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (optional)
1 cup water
2 cups cooked wide noodles
1/2 cup shredded processed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion, garlic and seasonings in skillet; stir to separate meat. Combine with soup, tomato sauce, water and noodles in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Place cheese around edge of casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
