Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 trimmed brisket
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Italian Dressing
1 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp. Red Pepper (optional) I use about 3/4 Tsp.
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
Red Wine (cheap wine is fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the sauce ingredients in a quart container and then fill the remainder of the container with the wine to make a quart. Put the brisket in a large roaster pan and pour the sauce over the brisket. Bake covered for 3 to 5 hours at 325 degrees until fork tender. Now the Cook and any helpers can drink the rest of the wine and dance, sing, or whatever around the kitchen while it bakes.

Slice the brisket and ladle sauce over the meat. The meat will absorb more of the sauce.

If the sauce is too spicy, add water to the sauce before ladling over the meat.

Enjoy!!
