6 - 8 boneless chicken cutlets
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 pound bacon
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly salt and pepper cutlet. Lay cutlet flat. Take a one inch slice of cream cheese and place at one end of cutlet and roll up. Wrap rolled up cutlet with bacon. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Toothpick not necessary to hold cutlet together but can be used if need be.
