2 1/2 cups mInute rice
10 oz bag frozen mixed veggies
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup Creamy Sauce mix
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup catsup ( use 1/3 )
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz velveeta cubed
24 meatballs
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice as directed but add frozen veggies and salt.
Set aside keep warm.
In large skillet combine creamy sauce mix and cold water. Stir in catsup, Worcestershire, onion flakes and cheese. Stir till thickened and cheese melted.
Add meatballs and heat them through.

Serve over rice/veggie mix

Creamy sauce mix is a base for white sauce, cheese sauces and more! I used to keep in the frig all the time ready.
