3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 slices bread into crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 lbs ground chuck
1 T worchestshire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat eggs, stir in milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt & pepper and worchestshire sauce. Add ground meat and mix well with hands.
Shape into 1 inch balls (72)
Bake 375 for 25 min
Freeze in 24 ball sections ready for meals! Or 12 count for smaller meals!

This is the meatball recipe I used for Meatball Rice Ring. It is always good and you can make them when ground chuck is on sale and be ahead!!
