1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2-3 bananas)
3/4 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir until combined. Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean...about 60 to 70 minutes.
