1 lb. imitation crab
1 lb. small shrimp (we later started using 2 lb. shrimp)
1 jalapeno, minced
1 lg. English cucumber, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 avocados, 1/4" chop
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
juice of 5-8 limes

Mix all together. Add lime juice to taste. Serve with tostadas.
