(A No Bake Cookie)

2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 pkg. instant pudding - any flavor
3 cups rolled oats
Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, bring milk, butter and sugar to a full boil over medium heat for about 1 minute. Stir often. Remove from heat. Add pudding and blend with beaters until smooth. Stir in oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool until firm. Makes about 2-1/2 dozen, depending on the size of your spoon.
