2 1/4 C. flour
2/3 C. Cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. oleo, Blue Bonnett
3/4 C. sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 C. vanilla chips (Nestles)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat oleo, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy.
Beat in egg
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Gradually beat in flour mixture
Stir in vanilla chips
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let stand for 1 minute.
Remove and cool.
