1 pkg. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 small can tomato sauce
1 pkg. soft cream cheese
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup sour cream
Lettuce (chopped)
Green Onions (chopped)
Green peppers (diced)
Red peppers (diced)
Tomatoes (diced)
1 block cheddar cheese
Large bag nacho chips

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Stir in taco seasonings and tomato sauce; continue heating until thoroughly cooked and mixed. Let cool completely. Meanwhile, mix in bowl cream cheese, Miracle Whip and sour cream until smooth. Cut up your choice of vegetables (ie) lettuce, green peppers, green onions, red peppers and tomatoes (finely chopped). In large pan (cake pans work well), spread cream mixture on bottom of pan.

2nd Layer: Spread ground beef on top of cream mixture.

3rd Layer: Spread lettuce over ground beef followed by all other vegetables.

4th Layer: Grate cheese and sprinkle over entire pan so that it is covered thoroughly.
