2 c. cubed or shredded chicken breast
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayo
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. crushed plain potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and spray 9x13 casserole dish with Pam. Combine all ingredients in the dish and top with the crushed chips. Bake 20-25 minutes.
