3 boiled eggs, chopped
1-2 c. cornbread dressing, dry
2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 14 oz cans chicken broth
1 stick butter, cut up in small pieces
cooked chicken or turkey, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients together except butter. Top with butter. Place in 9x13 in baking pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Then remove foil and broil for a few minutes to brown.
