6 apples
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
sugar to taste
dash of cinnamon

Peal, core and cut up apple.
Mix together, and cook until tender.
Add a dash of cinnamon
Press through a colander to separate the skin from the apple

Good to make in large amounts and put into glass Ball jars, place top on and screw the top piece around just enough to hold into place. Place in a large pan, and cover up to 1 inch of the top. Boil water, keep in hot water for 15 minutes Remove from hot water and put aside. Each top should pop letting you know that a seal has happened, the tops should be sucked in. If it is not, and you can push it down the seal has not been completed. Place in the water for an additional 15 minutes. Once they are cool they are ready to be stored until you need it.
