1 package active dry yeast.
2 cups warm water.
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Add: salt, sugar and 4 cups flour.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Add salt, sugar, and 4 cups of flour.
Knead until smooth.
Add more flour if dough is sticky, up to 1 cup.
Divide dough into walnut size pieces, roll each ball into a 12-14 inch rope.
Shape like pretzels or any way you like.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
