1 orange, sliced
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1 chopped garlic clove
3/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chicken pieces
1 cup flour
3-4 tbsp. oil

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat frying pan with oil; dip chicken pieces in flour and brown. Place in roaster and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Mix sugar, dry mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, garlic clove, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in small pot. Heat sauce; simmer 5 to 10 minutes. One half hour before chicken is done, pour sauce mixture over chicken pieces; arrange orange slices on top and place back in oven for another 1/2 hour. Excellent served with rice.
