1pkg. Little smokies
1pkg. Crescent rolls
1c. Loose-pack frozen hash browns,thawed
1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place dough on pizza pan, cover pan. earl perforation. Chop Little Smokies. Place on crust . Sprinkles with potatoes. Top with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375. For 25 to 30 minutes.

I make this pizza every Easter for the family. Great for leftover.
I always make sure the eggs are done. You might have to add some cooking time.
