2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, un-drained
1 cup chopped pecans

FROSTING:
1/2 cup of butter or margarine, softened
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into an un-greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Frost cake.
