Spices for the wild rice (this is enough for several batches - store in airtight container)
1T celery sale
1T onion salt
1T garlic salt
1T poultry seasoning
1T paprika
1T ground bay leaf
1t thyme
4T dried parsley flakes

1c. wild rice
1/3 c Uncle Ben's

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3c. of water to a rapid boil. add 1 cup of wild rice. Boil hard for 5 minutes. Cover an let set for 1 hour. Drain and rinse the rice and put it in a casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Add 1/3 cup of Uncle Ben's rice. Blend 2 cans of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can of water. Add to the rice mixture. Add 3 T spice mixture to the aboce and mix well. Bake at 325 for about 1 1/2 hours.
