2-3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. bread crumbs
salt, pepper, basil
pasta (rotini preferred)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the bread crumbs with oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil. Stir frequently until golden. I usually use two pieces of bread and put them in the food processor to grind and add in the spices to make sure they are mixed together well and then transfer to the pan to brown.

Use the bread crumb mixture to pour on top of Rotini and mix well (you may need to add a tad bit more oil to the noodles so the crumbs stick well). Rotini works best because the crumbs stick in the spirals!
