2 pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. beer
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir in cheddar cheese and then the beer. The mixture will appear mushy. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Great with chips, pretzels, etc!
