2 cup brown lentils
1 large onion sliced
1/2 cup Rice Short grans cooked
10 cup of water
1/2 cup olive oil
salt to taste

Cooke the rice with just water ( 1/2 cup rice with 3 cup water) and sit a side
In a small pot add the oil and onion suttee to light golden brown and do not remove the onion out keep it in the same pot with the oil and sit a side.
Use a large pot add the lentils with 10 cup of water bring to boiled and cook until the lentils is very tender until most the water evaporate.
Use a blender and pour the lentils alone with 1 tsp of salt and puree it very well and sit a side. know use to the same large pot, pour the cooked oil and onion and heat up the pot on low heat, add the puree lentil stir then add the cooked rice and weskit very well to combine. Shut off the stove and be careful from bubbling.
Empty the pot in a large deep Serving dish and let it cool.
Serve with bread and salad. you can eat it hot or cold.
