1 3 oz. pkg lemon jello
6 oz. can of frozen lemonade, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cool whip
1 can mandarin oranges(drained) or 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar and jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add salt, and stir in lemonade.
2. When mixture begins to gel, fold in the cool whip and fruit.
3. Pour into jello mold.
4. After jello is set remove from mold, and garnish with additional fruit.

Grandma beautifully garnishes this jello with kiwi, mandarin oranges, and cherries for many VanHouwelingen family gatherings.
