3/4-1 C sugar
2 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 lb. rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
1 TBSP water
2 TBSP butter

1 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 TBSP butter
1/3 C milk
1/4 C chopped pecans
1 tsp shredded orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Mix together flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, rhubarb, and water. Pour into 9x13" pan and dot with butter.
Crust: Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Add milk, pecans and orange peel. Stir until barely mixed. Put on filling by spoonfuls.
Bake at 350" until done.

This is the rhubarb cobbler that Mom usually made. She liked the topping because...can you guess??...it had nuts in it!
