2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk

Beat with mixer

Directions:
Directions:
Put into freezer can and pour milk in until can is 2/3 full.
Plug in freezer unless you want to do the old fashioned way and crank.

Variations:
For fruit add mashed fruit.
Our favorite is peach or pineapple.
For chocolate, add a mixture of 3/4 c. of Hershey's cocoa in 1 c. scalded milk.
