1 can white corn (1 lb size)
1 can yellow corn (1 lb size)
1 lb Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (with jalapeños if you can find it)
1 Cup fresh shredded or grated Parmesan Cheese
1 - 2 oz can diced jalapeño peppers

Directions:

Mix all well, place in 9x12 baking dish and bake @ 325 º 30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.

If using the throw away pans, this recipe makes 2 pans, should not be more than 2 inches deep.
