2 c. unbleached all-purpose white flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. olive oil
2/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Add water and 6 Tbsp. of olive oil. Mix ingredients with hands and knead for 2 m on kneading board. Place ball of dough on baking surface which has been coated with flour. Press dough into flat circle, slightly larger than final pizza size. Roll up edges of dough to make a rim. Brush dough with remaining olive oil. Assemble pizza and bake for 15 m.

Brush dough with olive oil before sprinkling dough with basil, oregano, and garlic sauce. Add cheese and tomato sauce on top.
