8 c flour
1 c sugar
1 c oil
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 c apple juice
2 Tbs dry yeast
1 c warm water

FILLING:
oil
3/4 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
1-1 1/2 Tbs cinnamon
1 Tbs vanilla sugar

GLAZE:
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c dark brown sugar
1/2 c margarine, melted (not oil!)
3 Tbs corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare dough, dissolve yeast in water. Place all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a smooth dough forms. Allow dough to rise for 1 hr.

Preheat oven 350º. Divide dough in two sections. Roll out each portion into a rectangle.

Smear oil over the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar and sprinkle it over the brown sugar. Roll dough up jelly-roll style and slice into 1 1/2-in buns.

Combine the glaze ingredients and pour onto 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Place the buns onto the glaze and bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Remove the buns from the oven and turn over onto another cookie sheet or parchment paper to cool.
