2lbs. ground Veal
2lbs. ground Beef
1/4lb. Salt Pork,chopped fine
pinch of Salt
1tsp. Paprika
1 sm. Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
Brown Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, place into a greased loaf pan. Pour gravy over. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour.

Sissy noted this recipe was very old. It was out of a community cookbook that her Grandmother on her Mom's side had. (Grandma Neideckers). The Glovers lived in Fort Atkinson, WI.
