Directions: Cut meat into 1 inch pieces and coat with the seasoned flour. Brown the meat in the bottom of a large oven proof soup pot. (6 or 7 qts) I use a 7 qt cast iron dutch oven. Remove meat and place in a paper towel lined bowl and set aside. Deglaze the bottom with the wine getting all the yummy stuff unstuck. Stir in the beef broth, tomatoes and all the seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in gravy mix and add the meat back in. Stir in the tomato juice and all the vegetables. Mix well, cover and place in a prheated oven at 300 for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with warm crusty bread. Enjoy!
