3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sat
1 tbsp. water

Boil the above ingredients and allow to cool. This will make enough for at least 3 bs of packaged cole slaw, but you can adjust to your own tastes.
