1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup butterscotch chips
3-1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butterscotch chips. Stir until smoothly blended. Stir in oatmeal and coconut. Cool 5-10 minutes, then drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill until firm. Make about 5 dozen.
