2 cups sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2-2/3 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups boiling water

Icing:
3 tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla together and beat well. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda. Add dry ingredients alternatively with 2 cups boiling water. Pour in 9x13 pan and bake 325ºF for 30 - 40 minutes
Fudgy Cocoa Icing - Mix melted margarine and cocoa. Blend in milk, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth.
