12 talapia filets
2 cups of Parmesean Cheese (Grated)
4 cups of Bread Crumbs (Seasoned)
1 Cup of Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray pam on 2 cookie sheets (Lightly do not drench)

In a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix.

Dry filets with paper towels. (very important, if not done fish will be soggy)

Cover all filets with olive oil.

Dip them into the dry mix and place them onto the cookie sheets.

Do not let them overlap.

Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on the covered filets

Bake for aproximately 10-15 minutes. The tops will brown slightly and the fish will flake easily when done.

This is a great receipe and almost any white fish can be subsituted. I prefer talapia or walleye.

Serve this with a jalapeno ranch dressing mix with a touch of fresh baby dill weed.
