1.5 lb new potatoes
2 T Olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
Chicken thighs or breasts
Caraways seeds
1 c frozen peas, thawed
2 T fresh lemon juice plus wedges for serving
2 T fresh dill or dried
1 t dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Put chicken seasoned with caraways seeds, mustard, salt and pepper in with potatoes. Cook 25-30 minutes. Add peas, and heat 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with lemon and sprinkle with dill. Serve.
