Personal Notes:
This was our Sunday dinner every night while we were growing up. Ok, some weeks we would have meat loaf or pot roast! We would then have left-over's at least two times that week, one time cold and one time, maybe mom would cut the chicken up into cubes and serve it in something else. Mom would have to put signs on it threatening Paul and John if they ate any of it - that stopped working when they were in high school. While not glamorous, the meat is moist and great for leftovers!
