10 oz Butter, softened
2 cups Flour
2 cups Oatmeal
1 ½ cups Brown sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, thinly sliced and chopped
1 ½ cups Caramel ice cream topping
½ cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients; spread ~ 2/3 on bottom of 9 x 13” pan. Bake at 325° for 8 minutes.
2. On medium heat, mix ½ cup flour and caramel together for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle apple pieces over bottom layer, drizzle caramel over the apples and crumble the remaining bottom mixture over the caramel. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
