Ingredients:  
1 pound bowtie pasta - cook, drain and rinse
3 cups cooked chicken - cut into pieces
10 oz. bacon - fried and crumbled
4 cups fresh spinach - shredded
1 cup black olives - halved
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
2 or 3 diced ripe tomatoes
1 cup Colby/Jack cheese - shredded fine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in salad bowl - saving some spinach, bacon and cheese for garnish. Toss with following dressing:

1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar or honey
garlic, pressed
Shake well and set aside for 15+ minutes to blend flavors
