Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Large can of Mild Chili with Beans
1 Large Can of HOT Chili with Beans
1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
1 Large can of Crushed tomatoes
1 Large can of Stewed Tomatoes
3 tbsp of Ground Cumin
2 white onions
1 tsp of Ground Chipoltte Pepper
1/2 lb of thin sirloin
1/2 lb of ground round (Hamburger Beef)
3 pork chops
2lbs of elbow macaroni
1 bag of sharp shredded cheese

Directions:
This receipe works well in a crock pot slow cooker.

Open your cans of chili and add them to the crock pot. The pot should be turned on low and this chili can cook all night and is always better the next day.

Don't forget to turn the crock pot on. (I have done this)

In a large skillet pour aprox a tbsp of oil into the pot with the gas on medium. Saute your ground hamburger breaking it up into small parts as it cooks, and continue cooking until its brown.

Drain the oil off and add it to the crock pot. It is important that you not cook all the meats together, for some reason it does not taste the same.

Take your cut up sirloin, Bite size and saute this as well and as it is frying add a cut up onion to the pan and a little cumin and chili powder. When its brown add it to the crock pot. NOTE: DO NOT drain, add all to the crock pot.

Take your cut up pork chops and fry them and when they are almost totally browned add the stewed tomatoes and the remaining cumin, bring it to a boil and add it to the crock pot.

Add the crushed tomatoes and kidney beans to the pot. This also can be done after you add the meats, since some crock pots might not be big enough to add all these ingredients.

During the cooking time stir occasionally and also add additional seasoning as needed.

After approximately 4 hours it is ready to serve.

Boil 2 lbs of elbow pasta drain, place a serving of pasta in a bowl add the chili and top it off with some shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

You can add more spices to heat this receipe up if you need. Taste it as its cooking and adjust to taste.
