1 C sugar
pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 C water
2 TBS marshmallow fluff
2 TBS butter
green, pink, and/or yellow food coloring (your choice) - diluted to pastel colors
1/4 tsp peppermint or wintergreen extract


Directions:
Directions:
Boil water with sugar and cream of tartar until syrup spins a good thread.

Blend marshmallow fluff and butter until well mixed. Add color and flavoring. Pour hot syrup over and beat until it holds shape.

Drop by teaspoons onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Cool. Enjoy!
