2 cups grated raw sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Juice of 1/2 orange
Zest of one orange
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients into a greased casserole. Bake at 325º for one hour.
