2 10-oz packages frozen chopped spinach
1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/4 sticks of butter, divided
8-oz cream cheese
8-oz water chestnuts, sliced
dash of garlic salt
1/2 C bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Cook spinach according to package directions. Cut artichoke hearts in half.

Melt 1 stick of the butter in a large saucepan. Add cream cheese, spinach, water chestnuts, then add garlic salt.

Line a greased baking dish with artichoke hearts and then cover with spinach mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Dot with remaining butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
