2 1/2 c. tomatoes (large can petite diced)
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 T. chopped onions
2 T parsley
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 t. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1-2 T. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf and cool before serving. Use as a dip, put on Mexican dishes, or scrambled eggs.
