6-7 lbs of Dressing Mix (from Early's in Scott, La)
1/2 Olive Oil
1/4 cup of flour or cornstarch
6-8 Rice Cooker Cups of Rice
1 Bunch of Fresh Onion Tops Cut up


Directions:
Directions:
Brown mix dressing mix in Olive Oil. cook for about 1 1/2 hours stirring often
During the last 1/2 hour add cornstarch or flour and 2 cups of water
Let Simmer a little more. Add this mixture to cooled crumbled up cornbread alternating a little of cornbread and dressing mix at a time (see cornbread recipe for Minnie Hebert) Add freshly chopped onion tops and mix.

Can be eaten just like that or stuffed in the cavity of Turkey or Chicken prior to baking.
