Dressing:
1/2 c. Honey
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/2 c. Rice Wine Vinegar, unseasoned
2 T Soy sauce
2 tsp Sesame oil
2 T peanut butter
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp Sriracha Chili sauce
2 T fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp garlic, minced

Salad:
1 small head each, of green and red cabbage
3 lge. carrots
1 ea. red bell pepper
1 lge. scallion
1/2 c. cilantro

1/2 c. shelled and cooked edamene
1/2 c. salted virginia peanuts

Dressing:
Mix all ingredients and chill.

Salad:
In a food blender,dice cabbages, carrots, red pepper, scallion, and cilantro.
Place all in a large bowl. Add the endamane and peanuts and toss with the dressing. Chill the mixed salad for two or more hours before serving.
